  Caswell's were fantastic. I bought a Stentor Messina Cello, which is an amazing instrument if you're looking for a good and fairly cheap cello, and they did a great job. It only ever took a day to reply and the cello took a while to come because of unforeseen circumstances, but it's the same with anywhere you go to get a cello or a lot of instruments for that matter. Just remember they are an independent business and one of the few left selling this kind of thing, so they're going to be busy and not always able to answer right away, but I will stress that they do answer, and in fair time. I am very satisfied with the product and service. Allister and Emma were both very good for helping me out. I have sold and purchased many instruments myself, so, for here, or for anywhere, go into the purchase knowing that the waiting time can sometimes be extended and rest in certainty that this place will deliver a fantastic and well set up instrument for you, as they have done for me, and they will give you that independent business attention that puts them above anywhere else I've bought from. From what I can see, the people who have given them the less good reviews just haven't been very understanding or patient. Thanks Caswells.
